Funnelwala plan payments
14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked: email us within 14 days of any plan payment and we refund it in full. Plans never auto-renew, so you are never charged without choosing to.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel: a paid plan simply ends after its 30-day period and your store continues on Free. You can delete your store from Settings at any time.
Purchases from sellers
Products and services sold through Funnelwala funnels are sold by the individual seller, under the refund terms shown on their page. Please contact the seller first (their support email is on your receipt). Sellers can issue full or partial refunds from their dashboard; the money returns to your original payment method via Razorpay in 5–7 working days.
Disputes
If a seller does not respond within 7 days, email [email protected] with your order id and we'll help mediate.
