Who we are
Funnelwala is operated by Creative Tech IT Solutions, Delhi, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The service
Funnelwala lets you build sales funnels, accept payments through your own Razorpay account, deliver digital products and services, and manage leads. We provide the software; you are the seller of record for everything you sell, responsible for your products, prices, taxes (including GST) and customer support.
Your account
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for team members you invite. One person may hold accounts for several stores.
Acceptable use
You may not sell illegal goods or services, infringe others' intellectual property, run scams, send spam, or upload malware. We may suspend stores that break these rules or Razorpay's terms, and we may remove content that attracts legal complaints.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed per 30-day period in Indian rupees plus 18% GST and do not auto-renew. When a period ends your store drops to the Free plan with its limits; your data stays. Prices may change for future periods with notice.
Refunds to you
Every plan payment is covered by a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee — see our refund policy. Refunds for purchases your buyers make are between you and your buyer, issued from your Razorpay account via the dashboard.
Your content and data
You own your pages, products and customer data. You grant us the licence needed to host and display them. We process buyer data on your behalf as described in the privacy policy.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is; we are not liable for lost sales during outages beyond the fees you paid us for the affected period.
Termination
You can delete your store at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your data after 30 days, except where retention is legally required (invoices).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
